Order Processing & Shipping Origin
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse located in California (CA).
Processing and shipping times may be extended during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for orders under $35 are calculated and displayed at checkout
Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. DiYoZone is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Taxes, Duties & Fees
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes and duties for U.S. orders.
Customers will not be required to pay additional import taxes or customs fees upon delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Tracking, Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become available.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
DiYoZone is not liable for delays, failed delivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
DiYoZone is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged by the carrier after shipment.
If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
