Thank you for shopping at DiYoZone. We want you to feel confident with your purchase and enjoy a smooth DIY home improvement experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your eligible full box order, we are here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for full box orders from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item meets the following requirements:
- The item must be a full box order.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in returnable condition.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- The return must include the invoice or proof of purchase.
- A Return Authorization must be requested and approved before the item is shipped back.
All returned items will be inspected after they arrive at our facility. Items that have been used, installed, damaged, altered, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Sample Orders
Sample orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Sample tiles are intended to help customers review the color, finish, texture, and material before placing a full box order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@diyozone.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. In these cases, DiYoZone will cover the related shipping costs.
Customer Preference Returns
If you are returning an eligible full box order for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, style preference, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please pack the item securely for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to help ensure your return reaches us safely.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@diyozone.com with your order number and return reason.
- Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization with return instructions if your order is eligible.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in our response.
Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not charge restocking fees.
