Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on DiYoZone. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the Contiguous United States, including the 48 states and Washington, D.C.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories, or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Order Processing & Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse located in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Full Box Orders:
We offer Free Standard Shipping for full box orders within the Contiguous United States.

Sample Orders:
Sample orders require the customer to pay the shipping cost. Shipping rates for sample orders are calculated in real time by USPS and displayed at checkout.

If you purchase a full box after reviewing your sample, the sample shipping fee can be credited back toward your full box order.

Estimated Delivery:
Standard Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. DiYoZone is not responsible for delays caused by carrier volume, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking & Address Accuracy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Tracking details usually update within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DiYoZone is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Taxes, Duties & Delivery Issues

All prices displayed include applicable taxes for U.S. orders. You will not be charged additional import duties upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@diyozone.com within 48 hours of delivery and include supporting photos. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

DiYoZone is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely and contacting the carrier directly for delivery confirmation.
